Welcome at Cinedans!

We are happy to invite you to participate in the Professional Program of Cinedans FEST '26! 

This year, the Professional Program runs together with the International Visitors program, and is taking place throughout the festival from  25 –29 March 2026  at Eye Filmmuseum, Amsterdam.

Cinedans celebrates the vitality and urgency of dance and film as an art form. The festival presents 110 films from 53 countries, alongside VR and installation works, talks, masterclasses, and an extensive online program on Cinedans WEB (26 March – 5 April). Cinedans FEST ’26 showcases the full spectrum of contemporary dance film: bold, innovative, and deeply connected to today’s world.  

The  Professional Program is designed as a space for exchange, reflection and collaboration. It brings together programmers, curators, producers and makers from around the world through both formal and informal encounters, Including: 

• Network meetings.
• The Space Between: makers & programmers in dialogue 
• Case presentations and speed meetings 
• Cinedans LAB Pitch 
• Panels and talks on AI, authorship, Creative Commons and archiving 
• Presentations of international collaboration projects 
• Access to the entire program at Eye and online 

How to Sign up?

Professional Pass: 

You can sign up for a Professional Pass, this will allow you access to all the full festival Program including all the events within the Professional Program. 
*Please note, once purchasing a Professional Pass you still need to book your tickets per an event you would like to attend*.  

Professional Program Open to the Public:

Some parts of the Professional Program are open to general audiences and makers, we invite you to book your tickets through our Festival Program here!
