I am the river, the river is me. My body a vessel for spirit flowing through me carrying a profound knowing from the other side of the veil of reality.

Surrendering all thought for a moment to become the flow. What is this state and how far does it go. Allowing our body to be danced, to be breathed, to be played like an instrument of spirit.

In the state of flow I found a language. A language that runs as frequencies through the body carrying information far beyond the mind, taking over my body momentarily. It’s called light language and is a language channeled from the over soul. Allowing my body to become a vessel, an antenna, for spirit speaking to me. Fully embodying spirit to receive a transmission.

Light can carry enormous amount of information and it can come out in beautiful sacred geometry, writing, movement or singing. What it is exactly nobody fully knows on a mind level but the resonance is felt through our heart and in our soul. Listening on a whole level through the heart learning to become one with all.

State of Flow by Anna Fríða Jónsdóttir depicts the body as a vessel for spiritual flow to cross over to the other side of the veil of reality. The installation is presented in the context of the special Iceland in the Eye, in collaboration with curator Helena Jonsdottir .
